Classes

In an effort to enrich the lives of the families of West Placer County, Lighthouse Counseling & Family Resource Center offers a variety of no cost or low cost classes and support groups in both English and Spanish. Classes include Love & Logic Parenting classes, Age-Specific Parenting, Women and Infant Children (WIC) Health and Nutrition, Men and Infant Children (MIC) Parenting, English as a Second Language (ESL).

Support groups include a Hispanic Women’s group and a Depression, Anxiety & Stress (DAS) group offered in both English and Spanish. We offer classes throughout the day, five days a week. Classes and support groups meet at our offices at 427 A Street, Suite 400, Lincoln, CA 95648 in Lincoln, CA.
